I just want to take 4 monthly payments I have and make them one monthly payment. The interest rate on the payments I have now is really high

Today the bank called me telling me that this company, they don't do bsuiness with because they use our money in escrow and only time they pay the amount due to them is when they call for payment. the bank told me this company billed interest on our money and after the conversation i got scared. I am already in debt and then a big coorporation telling me not to do what I am doing and they will lesson my payments which they did and took of my late fees and all other charges. I am so scared. what am i to do?

if you settle a bill with one collection agency and then the company sends the bill to another collection agency is this legal

I have taken a total of 4 payday loans out with paydaymax.com The first 3 were piad in full with me paying a total of $721.06 on a $400 loan.... $883.80 on a $400 loan ....and 831.79 on a $380 loan. I'm in Indiana and I think my max interest is 15 dollars per 100. I now have a loan that I defaulted back in August on and the total amount of the loan was $500. I paid a total of $167.58... which tells me i still owe $407.42. I wonder though ifI can send them an email with my loan history and how much I overpaid and a copy of my state's laws and if they will mark my account PIF?

Hello: I stumbled upon this website looking for help. My question is are there really such a company that will help with bills or debt? My husband just passed away in October and was in wage earners (chapter 13) and the house was too. Is there any company knows that will refinance this house for lower monthly payments that I can afford? I can only afford about $800/mth. He was paying about $1300/mth.
