This will take a while. I have always had good credit. I lost my job and took another job with a $15k pay cut which changed my debt to income ratio and put a squeeze on my disposable income. I heard of this company Credit Solutions who settles your debt for almost 50% of what is owed (sounded great). My credit has bottomed out so fast its scary. Credit Solutions has been a nightmare and very unprofessional.

I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of Johnson Law Firm or consumerdebtrelief.com? A friend told me about them and how they have done wonders for them. I couldn't find anything on them here, so I am trying to see if anyone has any information about them Thanks

Has anyone heard of 3-Midland Market??? I can not find them anywhere on the web but every other week 90.00 x2 in withdrawn from my account... Please Help someone

why is your credit company still on my credit report???

I applied for a Sears card a little over 5 years ago and sinse then the balance has went up and down( mostly up).... Anyway after missing payments due to lose of employment I enrolled into a credit counseling program that was suppose to help me consolidate my bills into one low monthly payment. I recently missed about 4 months of payments due to a change in employment and living arrangement... Since I havent been able to pay Sears has sent the account to I believe two different collection agaency. The balance is a little under $1800, can my wages be garnished ?

I just wanted to post a quick thank you to everyone who has been helpful to me in fighting these payday loans. I just received a refund in the mail today from Emerald Marketing for over $600. Merry Christmas to me!!! :D This was by far the easiest one I have dealt with. I basically just sent them the form letter by email with my states laws inserted and they sent one right back telling me that they would refund me. THANKS!!!!

Which debt consolidation program will allow you to include payday loans?

I am being sue by Credigy Receivables for a credit card debt they bought from another collection agency. They filed in Nov. 3, 2004 and I answered myself. I got a letter from the court in July 2006 that it was being dismissed. Today I received another letter from the court saying I have to appear in court Jan. 31, 2007. I called the court and Credigy decided to pursue the court action right before it was dismissed. I have no lawyer. What should I do? Thank for your help.
