Has anyone else encountered these people? I got ripped off by them offering a personal loan, I sent them 570.00 and then all of a sudden they needed more money. I said no. I know I will never see my money again. What do you do to report people like this? They are outside of the US

I just got off the phone with a very nasty customer service person at CashNetUSA, he said they don't make payment arragements and I told him my other payday loans did and he said well they are different that they would only accept full payment or broken out in three payments which I can't afford. I live in Minnesota what are my options? So far three of the five payday loans have been very nice and accepting of my repayment plan. Do I send them money or get an attorney?

Does anyone know who the parent company for PayCheckNow#2 is? I don't have a website for them or a fax number and this less than pleasant, Robbie McClain :twisted: is calling me and threating me at work. I'm in the process of writing a letter telling them to stop calling me and that I would like the overpaid interesest applied to my balance and will set up a payement plan for the rest. I had defaulted on a sallie mae student loan some time back. the loan went from on collection agency to allied interstate. I made arragements with allied in which they take out some money from my checking account each month. They have told me that once I have made a number of monthly payments (8-9 months), the loan will go back to sallie mae and the default will be wiped out of my credit report. Is this true or am I being taken for a ride. Thanks.
