I recently talked to a counselor for this site and he recommended a debt settlement plan. My accounts are all payday loans and I have paid the prinicpal amount on two of them and one of them I didn't even know that they deposited money until they started taking it out. I have no knowlege and no records in my email of ever applying with this company but they have my social security number.

stupid me, been suckered into the 500fastcash and ameriloan. how do i fix this and who can i call to clear this from my account. i closed my account but still have them reporting me to the credit bureau. what can i do? this is ridiculous and embarrassing.

I had very good job and credit until I lost my job then I got behind on all my bill. Went from make good money to making no money at all. Now I have a great job and make job money, but I am so far behind that it's hard to catch up.

I'm swamped with payday loans and now owe more each payday than I actually take home. I live in CA - I keep reading things like close your bank account...but then what? I still OWE the money right??? How do I get out of this please? I'm beyond stressed out and it is making me literally ill.I have both internet and store front PDLS Any help is gratefully appreciated

Okay so here is my situation. I am currently working with a cosilidation company to get these accounts taken care of but paydayavenue is the one that I'm worried about. I heard that they also go by sonic and ecare. I heard that they can claim their debt through my payroll. I'm in the military and I'm not sure how easy it would be for them to do this but I also don't wont them harrassing me. I will gladly pay them however I cannot pay them at one time like they are demanding. What should I do? How can I stop the wage assignment? Is there anything specific that it must say?

I took out a loan with Bahamas marketing. I can't find an address or number for them to find out how to pay them off. How can the bank help if you gave them permission to go into your account?
