Well folks we are taking a trip to NYC this spring with my friend and her daughter. Now Lynds and I went in 2000 before 9/11. Can anyone tell me if things have changed there and how so. Also when we travel we usually just wing it but I want to "plan" this trip maybe use a NYC package, anyone have any recommendations for a good travel company to use? Thanks a bunch

Im 23 years old a female trying to get out of debt. I don't know what else to do and i need help. I got my self into a really bad mess with credit cards and bills. I was doing good until i got a American Express card and my mother and father try to help by paying some off. im almost done paying it off then i have a car payment i pay 240 a month and im down to 10 more months left of paying it off. so its like 2400 left. im starting to run late on it, im trying my best to get out im working my butt off and i only make 8.50 an hour i can't find a better job and i don't have a college derg.

MCI have been calling me for the past 6 months telling me that I owe them money. I have never had their service. They did the same thing 4 years ago, and they eventually stopped, now it is getting worst, I am sick and tired of the rude collection agent. They want me to call MCI customer service. I emailed them several times, not a response. What can I do? Where can I report this? Do I have a good case if I get a lawyer?

I called an attorney office about a credit card debt and they refused to talk to me or give me any details. The lady said a judgment had been filed and hung up on me. Is there anything I can do?

Thanks to the fact that they charged me $48 for an annual fee that I knew nothing about, it caused my account go over and they charged me an overlimit fee plus the $20 fee ($103). Well now they call me everyday seeking payment. My bill is not due until next week. The lady said that payment is due immediately. I told her that it wasn't, that it was due next week and hung up. I have tried work out arrangements with these people and they have yet to respond to my request.

OK new problem. My bank account shows a $560 debit that I didn't authorize. Can't contact bank due to weather issues with the phone, but I suspect that Rio took this out. I stopped payment on them, then received an email that their name has changed to MTE. Think there's a connection. I emailed the bank and reported an unauthorized debit. Should the bank return that to me or not? What should I do?

Has anyone heard of Kramer & Frank PC Attorneys at Law? They are handling one of my HSBC accounts, I cant seem to get a hold of them though. I keep calling and leaving messages to discuss payment arrangements, and they keep sending me letters. Any suggestions??? I talked to one person there and she said to call back in December to make arrangements because the person handling my account wasnt in. Thanks

Ok, as every knows I have had a heck of a time getting Paychecktoday to answer me. I had been unable to get past the first page after login, it said first: "We have your payment arrangements, $110 will be deducted on 12/1", then after much faxing and emails it said "STATUS: DENY NEW: We are unable to offer you a loan" and now it says "STATUS: INACTIVE Reactivate My Loan". Even the phone number I could never get to let me leave a message now lets me. Does any one have an idea of what is going on?
