Hello, I am new here and I have been reading the posts, and I am learning a lot. A little about me, I have taken out about 9 payday loans ( I know bad idea ). My husband did not know about this ( another bad idea ),my checking account ending up going into the negative side because the lenders were trying to take out money, and it wasn't there. This all happened in September/October. I have been trying since then to figure out how to pay this loans off, all the while my checking account getting further into the negative side.

Ok, I was wondering if someone who has been through this same situation could please give me some advice and help me out here because I am at my wits end. I started using credit cards in my first year of college. I managed them well at first, but I was working a minimum wage college job and could only start making minimum payments. Soon the two cards went over limit, they raised my rates, etc. Due to my company merging when I got a job after graduation, I fell behind again and the interest rates went up to about 30% on both cards. The balance for those cards now is roughly $2,000 each.

Who is "Allied Data Corp., and why would they leave a threatening message on my answering machine?

URS took a settlement check over the phone, they told me they needed it paid by 11/15 in order to accept the settled amount, but it's never been presented to my bank account and now they're calling and telling me it's been returned. What are my options? They're demanding payment today by 4pm!

I just talked to a guy at Route 66's "legal dept". The number there is 1-877-646-9618. They seemed to open this dept and have been calling people that have complained about their loans. They are offering settlements, but want way too much money. They have no authority to do anything, and talking to these people just takes you in circles. He actually told me that if I don't pay "I'll find out in the future what will happen" I told him I took that as a threat and he stumbled over his words and said that's not his fault I'm taking it the wrong way.

Does anyone have the fax number for Payday Yes? I live in CA and have overpaid on this loan and now they are saying to have the account marked paid in full I need to pay another $325. I have the state laws for CA and Polly's template letter but I don't know how to contact Payday Yes. Help, Please!

who can start garnishing your wages and if your wages are being garnished does there have to be a court order. I have a court date for a summons on december 8th and I wanted to know what happens after the civil case is over. do they start garnishing your wages right away or can you set up a payment arrangement with the creditor

I got a payday loan from a company called Borrow Cash Now. One of my payments didnt clear. I have not heard anything from them. I have emailed them, but they come back as undeliverable from Delprado Holdings. I have called and left messages, nobody has returned my calls. When I check my account status online it says its in collections, but I have gotten nothing in the mail and no phone calls. Any suggestions on what I should do? I've looked up Delprado on the internet, and found nothing. Thats actually how I found this site. Any info. or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I got into a little trouble w/ credit cards when i graduated from high school and when i was young a dumb i put somethings i my name for a boyfriend and he never paid the bill and now im stuck w/ the debt. im trying to have a house built in the next couple of years and i need to clean my credit up, also they are about to start garnishing my check and i have bills to pay and a child to take care of and i cant afford that so i really need some help

the summons was sent to my grandparents home. they said all the letters that came from this company came in the mail. no ne came and delivered a summons. I will call the court clerk today and see what they say. but i was wondering if i can get the court date postponed this is kind of all of the sudden. I will see what I can do thanks for all your help
