My name is Megan i am in debt about 4 to 5 thousand dollars. I never had good credit to start out with, and now i am in over my head. i don't make enough to pay the creditors.

i have 3 credit cards and payments are getting behind because i can't keep up with 3 differant payments all at once how can i put them all on to one card and make the one mounthly payment?

I have been dealing for a while with Mann Bracken, LLC. attempting to collect a debt from a Providian credit card that is way overdue. In the next year or so I will be coming up on my states SOL. Mann Bracken just recently aquired this debt and the collection calls started fast & furious (sometimes 8-9 calls a day). I tried working with them on a payment plan that would fit but they wouldn't budge on what they would accept. I told them I would not be able to meet their repayment requirements and that was that. Recently, I was FedEx'd a stack of papers from Mann Bracken.

ALL COLLECTORS ARE NOT MONSTERS AND ALTHOUGH THERE ARE A LOT OF COLLECTOR JOKES THERE ARE A LOT OF LAWYER ONES TOO....I AM HERE TO HELP PEOPLE, NOT TO HURT THEM AND WHAT YOU SAID HURT. YOU MAKE ME WISH I WORKED FOR SOME OF THESE COMPANIES...

So you're saying don't deal with them? I just verbally authorized an ach prior to looking at this forum string. What is the skinny on this company?

Iam trying to find out the number for paydayyes loan company. I recieved a loan from them for $200 but finance charge will be$25 so I owe them $225. I want to renew loan and pay finance charge please help romesia ramseur

Hey every one.... I know that some of us dont live in the uk..... but i was thinking that maybe if you havent done it before that we should all get together and meet up....... As we are all up for a laugh and i think that everyone would get on really well....... Its great talking to people on the net ect.... and you guys and gals have been so welcoming and take interest in new people like me that join the forum so i thought that it would be even better to actually meet the people that we can...... I'm 25 years old and young and stupid when it comes to paying bills. I didn't know exactly how bad having bad credit could hold me back. I want to get on the right path and start all over again. That's why I have come to you for help. I'm hoping that you can set me up on some kind of payment plan to finally end my debt and worries. Please help me and thank you.

I alway apply for things that cost money knowing i still owe places money and find myself getting more and more in debt and somtimes once i realize what i have done and try to get out and cant and get my self more in debt. i need help on what to do and help getting out of it.what should i do?

Just have about $7000 in credit card debt and I'm paying a pretty high interest on it at the moment. I'm try to pay $500/month. I wanted to see if i can get it all together and make $400-$500 payments/ month depending on the fee.
