why has paychecktoday and MTE both taken $90.00 out of my account for loan payment

Not sure what category this comes under...We had a problem with debts becoming too much and was in a debt consolidation/management program. We could not get a loan for a car under 18% which was ridiculous and it was a necessity to get a car. I purchased the car from a private party and have made every payment on time for the last 3 years. The private party wants to know if there is anyway they can report my good credit history with them to the credit bureaus before the car is paid off in a few months. I think it is a great idea if its possible. Any help for us is appreciated. Thanks!

Has anyone heard of Russ Dalbey's Winning in the Cash Flow Business? My son sent for the packet ($40) and is determined to try this. All I could find out about it was that they are not a member of the BBB, but the BBB says that this company asks their customers to contact them before going to the BBB, which supposedly they have been handling sufficiently. Other than this, I really don't know much about it. Any info/opinions would be greatly appreciated!

I just had one of my credit card companies call me today b/c my payment is late. Are they allowed to call on holidays? I've been told in the past that collection agencies are not supposed to call on holidays, but I'm just wondering if this applies to the credit card company itself.

Vikas or whoever is running the Blog contest, what is up with the Blog points, they seem to be fluctuating eratically, yesterday someone had over 100,000 points but today its back down to the top two with about 80000 points? How are the points being tracked?
