Receiving phone calls from them but they won't say who they're reprsenting nor give me an address so that I can send a "Cease & Desist". Can't find anything on-line other then complaints about them. Does anyone have an address and/or info? They are in Houston apparently and the phone number is 800-326-3446. Hearing from someone named Fred Truex(sp?). He has even gone so far as to call my mother and I haven't lived in her house in over 20 years! Thanks!

ok i keep recieved a bill from you and i caneled that membership as soon as they told me how much it costed.this was done over the phone and i was told it was canceled.

I am in the trap of PDL's. I put a stop payment on 4 of them to be able to make my house payment. Now they are trying to contact me. What course of action should I take. I am not looking to get out of paying them, although I would consider bankruptcy if they will not work with me.

this people are nuts, they call me 4 times today the firs time saying they were bank of america...then they call and hang up...they are blocking my emails...has anyone ever got any good response from these people??? they still want $500 on a $200 loan that i paid $1770.00 yeah right!!! :x

Just got PIF letter from ICOLLECT regarding Bass & Associates. It says that this is confirmation that Aarowhead Investments has been paid via the money you paid to Bass & Associates. Gee, isn't that some type of letter. They should have just said payment paid and forgot about it...Oh yea, and it came from the Bahamas..
