How do you use the poll option when creating a new thread?

Okay ya'll my blog is almost 1 month old. Thursday will be one month but being that is Thanksgiving day, I figured I would post this today. Anyhow I would like to know your opinions about my blog, good and bad. If you want to post them @ the guestbook on the blog site that is fine, or here are a reply or even vote yea or nay for my blog it would be greatly appreciated. I never thought that I would keep up with it for this long but I have and want to make the most of the blog.

Don't understand why I was only paid for some of my points??

I keep receiving letters from allied interstate. Every time they send me one I call and ask what this is for; they cannot for the life of them explain to me what they are trying to collect $715.05 from me for. I try to tell them that if you cannot tell me what it's for then I cannot pay you. I keep getting the same response its a former retailer that you never paid; well that doesn't tell me much. I tell them to check back in their records and they say they cannot go back that far.
