Can the credit card companies try to get their money back from you if they were "charged off" instead of saying filed under bankruptcy???

First off I didnt recognize the name of the company and she said well we have you on voicerecording authorizing everything. I asked them to please send me a copy of a contract they said their is no contract it was all voicerecorded which also includes a wage assignment. What do I do? I never paid these people...I live in Indiana....how can i revoke this wage assignment? Thanks!!!

I'm looking into the program but worry about my creditors suing me. It scares me to death to think of being late on a payment, I've worked so hard at paying them on time all these years but its been so hard to do, and nothing is coming down or changing. Help!!

13 Year old charged off debt is now back on one of the CRA's; stating that I made a payment! I never made or have had anything to to with that debt since 1993. Collectors are hounding me now. What should I do?

Okay, so basically I moved out from my Mom's house almost a year ago. My job was paying decent money; but after I moved out the market slowed, and they changed my pay structure to soley commission. Times became even slower and I started to fall behind on bills because I was not making enough. They I pretty much got switched from payroll to 1099. So now I am an independant contractor, and my bills are way to high. I can't afford to pay them. I want to; but there is no money to pay them.
