I need info about settling PDL in Tennessee. I contacted Langhorne Law but they do not cover Tenn. Anyone have any suggestions? What about restrictions in Tenn. and where do I find out what is allowed by law. None of my PDL are licensed in Tenn. What do I do next? I have not defaulted yet, but have just closed my account and reopened another. Please somone help!!!!!

We decided to try to get a credit card to help build our credit and had looked at several offers online. We decided to go with an Acclaim Bank offer. I filled out the application and the document came up for my electronic signature. I read the document and it was not the offer we had agreed to so I clicked on cancel and went back to the main screen. The offer that we had agreed to was gone.

Let me see..my story is probably very common. I am a step mom of a little angel, and fiance to a great guy and we are in debt over our heads and don't have a life vest to be found. It started believe it or not when we decided to build up my fiance's credit( as he had none) with a buy here pay here place for a tv. After having done this it was not more than 3 weeks and the reverse and 2 gear went out in the transmission of our only car. It would have been tolerable for awhile but we live almost an hour from his work place.

I keep getting calls from BCR 1-800-831-7311 (and other variations of this number). They keep asking for a person named Nancy Gonzalez and when I inform them that they have the wrong number, they get all pissy with me. I have ben assured 3 times that they will not call again but I have no idea how to get them to stop calling (the wrong number). They refuse to give their names and they will not give me to a supervisor. They have even hung up on me when I ask for one! What can I do to get them to stop calling?

Im in the us army. With being depl;yed overseas my wife racked up a 4000 cell phone bill calling me. We aso have other small credit cards. We have a hard time paying all the bills at the same time when the cell phone bill charges us late payments every month that it is are not paid off. Please help

I am a single father of three children. I have them fulltime 24/7. I have sunk myself in payday loans and I feel that I have no option but to default. I am worried what could happen to me legaly.
