Ok now, since all this PDL stuff has cleared up, anyone have any advice on how to get old medical bills paid off? I mean some of these are from when i was a teen. I dont remember any of them and was always led to believe medical bills do not show on your credit report but was i misinformed??!!

why cant I find a number for this company so I can contact them and tell them to take the full amount of the loan out,instead of every week taking $90.00 out of my account.

What form do you use to respond to a Civil Summons in California Courts? I have received a summons for unpaid medical bills and must file a response but no one can tell me what form to use.

I have been paying 75.00 automatic withdrawl every 2 weeks for 8 months to these people, and on my credit report it shows every payment as past due and it says that they have sent me to collections and that i owe 735.00 now. but I have paid every payment and I have never received anything from a collection agency,and the original loan was 200.00 if I stop payment on the electronic withdrawl what could be the consequences for me?

A chinese lady just called me and attempted to ask for my boss. She didnt know her last name and when I asked what it was regarding....she hung up. It just rings and rings and rings.

I currently have payday loans with PayDayOk, Route66, CashNet, and a store front loan with Check Into Cash. I have checked out my state's laws regarding payday lending and according to what I read, it is illegal to lend more than $350 in this state and NO rollovers are allowed- You must pay the finance fee and at least 25% of the principal. Well, I've had a 500 loan with PayDayOk since May and have paid close to $800 on the loan altogether and bc I had to refinance it (to afford payments on the other loans) I am nowhere near paying it off.

What are some resouces for to find settlement letters to send to these payday companies? Can a payday loan company take legal action against me if they are not registered or licensed in my state?

i need help..i was approved for a loan in september..and i had my checking account closed out for other reasons.
