Has anyone had any dealings with PDL ventures payday loans/Express Cash? I'm getting threatening e-mails from these people. They are asking me to send them $250.00 by money gram or further action will be taken. The $250.00 will pay the loan in full no matter what the balance is. I just want to be sure of what kind of action if any they can do. Please advise. Thank You

I co-signed an auto loan for a friend. One year later, he got sent to a conservation camp and the vehicle got reposessed, I could not pay for my car and this one. Now another year has passed, Daniels and Norelli have been calling repetitively, faxing my employer for verification of employment, and will not work out a payment plan with me. They wont a certain amount down right now, then a certain monthly amount afterward. I let them know what I could pay and they say they CAN NOT take anything less than what they proposed.

Has anyone heard of MasterCard_Sterl;DES=DIRECT PAY? My checking account was charged $159.95 and I did not okay this withdrawal amount. In fact I was charge a $35.00 fee for overdraft since it was right before a payday and the funds were not available to cover this amount.

Okay so I get a call from Route 66. Finally. I have been trying to contact them for forever. Anyway, I took down the number he was calling from for my records a Michael. Anyway, he says the pay off for my $200 loan is $350...ummmm I think not that is almost twice the loan amount. So I ask for his fax number, he says I have to call customer service to get the fax number.

I got a payday loan & evidently it was Northway credit that ended up lending me the $. The date they deposited $400 in my acct was Nov 7th, now on Nov 17th they have withdrawn 508 from my checking acct when i was told I would not have to repay until my next payday Dec 1!!! Does anyone have a phone # to contact them?

Hello and thanks in advance for any info. I currently am working with two different attorneys, paying them each per month tword each debt they represent. First attorney is Meserly&Kramer at 1-800-795-4205 and second one is Cambese Law at 1-866-242-4539. How do I know these are legit? How do I know my monthly payment is going to my debt? Once we both agree on a payoff debt, Is it possible some time down the road I can be contacted again by some agency to recover the difference between the payoff and the actual amount? If so, is there a way to prevent that? Thank you again.
