I received a $250.00 loan from ftr processing on 5/5/2006. Every two weeks they take $75.00 from my checking account 13 times now total of $975. Is this legal? How can I get them to stop and get some of my money back. The public needs to be warned.

Hello I have been accumulating debt over the past couple years and the 0% intro rates on my credit caard have expired or are close to expiring.Through different missfortunes and purchases I have approximately $6,000 on 3 different credit cards. I make all of my payments on time and can keep up with the payments but I am not making a dent in the amount. I make approx. $40,000 anually. I am considering looking into getting a loan to pay off my credit cards in the hopes that i can lock in a low fixed rate and not have to worry about hidden fees and missing payments on three different cards.

I have totaled my Pay day fees thus far and have paid $6222 on a toatl of ten loans. There are only 2 that I have not met the principal and only by $30 which when fees hit tomorrow they too will be in excess. MRS associates; Continued Harrassing calls to me & my EMPLOYER regarding 1993 charged off debt! My credit is great now but somehow that debt is back on Esperian. MRS says I made a payment which started clock over. I NEVER DID OR WOULD make payment on 1993 charged off debt! Scam? Original creditor says they charged off in 1993 and stopped reporting. I disputed on Esperian. How can this happen? How do I stop them?
