What does it mean if an online lender is not registered in your state and has been donig business there unlawfully. Can I use tthis a leverage in trying to settle my payday loans?

i'm haivng a hard time with this Taheerah lady form nationwide cash i sent her my letter like 30 times and told her i contacted the AG's office and she said have them cal her so she can explained their procedures... i already paid them 530 on 300 loan i resued to pay them more!! please give any feed back if anyone has dealt with her she is very rude and "stupid" :x

Anywho, I am a resident of MD and I'm swimming in the sea of PDLs...mostly internet but 3 storefronts. It's really the internet ones that are killing me. I made a list today and realize that with the fees I owe more than $3000. Right now I don't know what to do...if I'm coming or going...sinking or swimming. All I feel is stupid, depressed, and sad. i am in payday hell is there anyway i can consolidate them and have only 1 payment.or is there anyone that might give me a loan, i have poor credit but i can pay between 500 to 1000 a month to pay it back. thats alot less than i pay them.
