What does it mean if an online lender is not registered in your state and has been donig business there unlawfully. Can I use tthis a leverage in trying to settle my payday loans?

i'm haivng a hard time with this Taheerah lady form nationwide cash i sent her my letter like 30 times and told her i contacted the AG's office and she said have them cal her so she can explained their procedures... i already paid them 530 on 300 loan i resued to pay them more!! please give any feed back if anyone has dealt with her she is very rude and "stupid" :x

Anywho, I am a resident of MD and I'm swimming in the sea of PDLs...mostly internet but 3 storefronts. It's really the internet ones that are killing me.
