So I'm in a bit of a complicated situation here, but I'll try not to be too long. Anyway... My parents had my sister and me in their late 30s/early 40s with the full intention that we were going to go to college. Not just any college, but good ones like they and my maternal half-sister did (both of them got scholarships and my sister was "lucky" enough to have a deadbeat father who she's never met that paid for it). All of them have master's degrees, so it was just expected that we did at least as much as they did.

Half a year ago, against better judgement, I took out two Payday loans (one from Ameriloan and the other from Plain Green) to help with financial problems i had. Since I had difficulty paying them off, I signed up with Blue Ridge Law Group to help with the matter. I payed off that that law-firm in full but I still get harassing phone calls on my cell from people with middle eastern accents threatening to sue me. They even call my house number that's a private number. Lord knows how they got my house number.

OK I filed a chapt 7 bankruptcy in 08 and it was discharged, my question is can I file a chapter 13 on a defaulted private student loan, I need some serious advise because Ive called lawyers and they have given me some strange advise, one said just fax my discharge papers to the collection company and I dont think that will work. so can i put a defaulted private student loan in chapter 13 because I can not afford to be sued or garnished this will cause me to loose everything help.

I have approximately 26,000 in credit card debt and loans combined. I have no idea what my credit score is but I always pay my bills on time. It is difficult to pay everything and on time. What are the chances that I would get approved for a consolidation loan?

What do you have to submit to qualify for the program? We have over $20,000 in credit card debt and another 30,000 in secured debt, being our autos. Do you run a credit check and find out all about us?

Is owing for a payday loan a crime & who would really be owed, the loan business or the bank the check was wrote from?

I keep reading that I need to let the payday loan companies know that I am revoking their ACH authorizations, but I am unclear as to how to do this. Is there a form and or letter that I need to use that the banks will need to see to accept the revocations? Thx much

I have 4 payday loans that I have defaulted on due to some unforeseen expenses and they have just showered my account with NSF's to almost $1000 and my credit union is telling me that they can't close my account until I bring it out of the negative. (WOW). My loans are with Cashnet USA $725 in which they are telling me I owe $936.25 Integrity Advance is saying that I owe $440 and can't explain all the fees American Web Loan $500 The Cash Line - they are telling me I have an outstanding balance of $400 but NSF fees of $1,279.04.
