We had our Bankruptcy meeting on July 22, 2012. As of that time our attorney had not received any reaffirmation agreements from our 4 secured loans. I have been making these payments on time and when I called HSBC to make our August mortgage payment I asked if they had sent out the reaffirmation papers yet. The told me that the reaffirmation was put on hold and would not tell me any information as to why. What does that mean and why would HSBC put the reaffirmation on hold?

I live in Tennessee and I was in desperate need for quick money, I needed to get bills paid on time. I searched online and found United Cash Loans. I borrowed 150, and they said that the total I will need to pay would be 195. Every week they charge a renewal fee, until I pay down on the actual balance. So far I have paid about 180$ and I still have a balance of 130. Ugh I have learned that this was a bad idea, but now when I get paid every week my paychecks are basically nothing because they debit the money out automatically. I did not recieve a loan from Cash.Taxi, a Northway Financial Corporation, and they are trying to charge me for the loan. The money was being deposited, my bank returned the money and now they are trying to take the money I never recieved.
