I received a notice from NCO Financial regarding my Bank of America credit card acct., which has been turned over to them. This notice was received towards the end of Sept., early October. I am usually so good about keeping all paperwork received, but can't seem to find this notice. These people are calling me at work every few days and I was advised to send them a dispute validation letter to get them off my back, because there's a high probability they won't comply with the request. Well, I'm thinking it's been more than 30 days since the notice was received.

who is northway debit and why did they take 635.00 out of my account

I have a court date for a warrent in debt suit. I need to buy time. Do I show up in court and do what? What else can I do? This is serious. Anybody?

My boyfriend had gotten a payday loan back in June 2006. A company called "VC Funding" is deducting $60.00 each paycheck from my account. I need to pay this off and cannot figure out who this company is. Can anyone help me!?!? PLEASE!!! :*(

Received a call from allied interstate. Asked for my husband, would not give me any info except it was personal. Called again, my husband took the phone,they asked for last 4 digits of ssn. we refused. informed we owed Heilig-Meyers $700+dollars. we havnt bought anything from this co.asked us to fax a letter stating we did not owe this and we would not receive any more calls. gave us a fax no. to reply

I recently applied for a payday loan after searching for someone to help me I was unable to so I was forced to use the payday loan way. I got it through AIP. I have been looking on the internet and came accross this site. WELL I had to close my bank acct before the paydate due to someone going into my acct and taking money. I just got a phone call, on my cell phone while I am at work saying that they are coming after me for stealing because I closed my acct. I am unable to call these people during the day cause i work. Can they do that to me?

I got a loan from this company after I had told them I did not want it, I have called daily to have them recall the funds and no one ever calls me back, I get into this voice mail loop on the 1-866 number.

My wife and I currently have a loan with MBNA for $25000. They just increased the interest and closed the account without notifying us. We would both like to get rid of this loan - ANY OPTIONS?
