Had blue star call my house this morning who are they .

I have nine internet pdls and I want my life back. Each one charges from $90 to $150 per paycheck (every two weeks). The pdls are with arrowhead, GFSIL, Cashusa, Tremont, National Money Store, Cashnet, One Step Cash, Little Loan Shoppe and Magnum. I am preparing to close my bank account (if I can do it before it gets overdrawn) so that the charges will stop. My concern is I do not want them hounding/threatening me at work. They can call my house all they want - just not my work or neighbors. What do I do to ensure that this comes to an end or the relationship is eliminated calmly.

I am looking for a letter to stop bankdrafts from a PDL that has been paid more than in full. I live in NC

Has anyone been successful at negotiations with their original creditor (ie. Citibank) vs. ACS? ACS has been calling my parents house trying to get me because they have no contact information for me. I called Citibank to try and resolve this issue with them instead of ACS after reading all these horror stories about them. I told them I wish to resolve this directly with them and will not work with ACS. They stated that they sold it to ACS and if I am not willing to deal with ACS then the only option was to pay my total owed debt to Citibank. Any suggestions????

My job situation had slowed down, my husband had gotten laid off, i've been using my benefits to keep the house up and runnig. But i can't seem to get everything paid on time. I guess you could say.........i have been robbing peter to pay paul. I need a way to pay everbody, just in one simple payment. I know it takes time, but the creditors call all of the time, day and night.from early in the morning til late at night. We're at the point of getting our stuff repoed.it's not a lot, but, before all of this hardship, i paid everything on time, or in the alloted time.

I had been served a Court Ordered Judgment back in Dec. 05 MRC Receivables Corp., the current owner of my acct. They'd obtained a lawyer to get their monies. In accordance with the court ordered judgment I was to pay $739.39 to the law ofc. In May of 06, my payments were completed, yet the lawyers were still trying to force me to pay an additional amount, separate from the court ordered judgment in which I'd fully complied.

I had posted before about my sucess with settling on payday loans. I had settled the other day with 500fastcash. I only owe $150 which is what remains on the principle. I saved all my emails from them and their aggreement to settle. I have to pay by money order by dec. 1st. NO Problem. I also plan on making a copy of the money order, writing a letter with the payment stating this constitutes payment in full as agreed upon etc. etc., and faxing and emailing a copy of the letter with the copy of the money order.
