I want to go through debt consolidation but I have secured fincance company loans am I able to do this

I had a loan with Great Plains Lending. I paid the principal and $259 in interest. I send them an e-mail stating that they are illegal, etc. and that I want the $259 overpayment refunded within 10 days. They sent me an e-mail stating that the account was closed but did not address the refund. I sent them another e-mail in regards to the refund and they have not responded. What should I do from here? Should I call or should I just email them every day? Thanks:)

I was going through a hard time and I had no money. I made the very stupid decision to check out a payday loan place (sounded good at the time, i just needed the money). NOW I have 2 payday loans and I can't seem to get rid of them!! One of them costs me 88.41 every two weeks! and the second is 195, they charge me 45 each payday as some sort of fee, plus the money to pay down the loan. Ahhhh!!! I can't seem to get rid of them, I get paid every week but in the end I spend more on the loan than I have the money for.

Can United Cash Loans, Discount Advances, Ameriloan, and Plain Green sue me. I folled the directions from this website and it has beena week and I haven't heard any responses from anyone. Are they trying to sneak and sue me??? HELP

Due to Stage 3 colon cancer at the end of 2006 and out of work due to aggressive treatment for almost 2 years, I accumulated 18,000.00 in credit card debt. I live with my Boyfriend and my name iis not on the home he pays a mortgage on, I wrote my creditors teliing them I am unable to work now and have filed for Disability at when I start receiving payment I will pay, I own nothing but have my name attached to a vehicle, which needs a transmission, I have closed my bank account, because I have no money to put in it and no time soon as awaiting Disability approval.

Ok, I am 1 mth behind with chase, and they are taking me off the payment program @ 0% interest if I don't catch up. [FONT=System][/FONT] I fell behind due to having to put money out for surgery and unexpected medical bills... I am able to pay my 2 other small ccards but chase is a burden amount now with these extra medical bills... [FONT=System][/FONT] My question is will chase settle with me in due time while I'm still paying on 2 other credits cards? :confused:

They have called again for the third time..This time voicemail said the wage assigment. 1st voicemail said in lieu of wage assement, 2nd voicemail said court order. I wanted to call back and curse, but I didnt. I have given them verbal. Hope they get my written. .

I sent them my letter stating that I would pay on the principal of the loan - bal of $210 after paying $90 and here is the response that the sent 2 different emails - The contract was completed via the World Wide Web. The governing law (clearly outlined in your contract) which you agreed to by your legal e-signature is based in Caribbean State of Nevis. With that being said when you applied for and agreed to the terms of the loan it would have behooved you to read the complete contract you were agreeing to. You are a citizen of the state of Illinois.
