Ok...I'll admit to my share of mistakes, I'll own up to any error, lapse in judgement, stupidity on my part, etc., but I'm getting a little tired of the crapstorm I'm dealing with lately! I'm working my way through the PDL mess. I am paying off other debts. I purchased a home in Feb. 2006, which allowed my kids and I to move out of my parents' nasty ol' basement. Teenage son decided to come back to live with me after 3 years living 4 states away with his dad. Life should be good, right?!?

Who is the best Consolidation Counseling offered? My situation is only one credit card, but several personal loans and mortgage and vehicle loan. My father was downsized from his job after 36 years and is took early retirement and is only drawing $720 a month in retirement benefits until he turns 62, and my mother has had two strokes and collects disability. The had a loan through Beneficial Finance Co and made payments on time until all of this happened now they are being sued for $12,000. Can they garnish my father's retirement benefits and my mothers disability benfits? Please help

My credit report shows that I owe $918.00 to Pinnacle Credit Serivc, I have no idea why. I would love to know how that happened and how I can pay it off. I don't have any more information, please help.

I recently defaulted on a loan with Cashnet500. I got a call this morning on both my cell phone and work phone with a message that "I know why they are calling" and that " I better call them back before 5pm or they would file". I called them back and told them I was filing chapter 7 bk, and that they would be hearing from my lawyer. Their reply? "WE WILL FIGHT YOUR BK AND HAVE YOU CHARGED WITH FRAUD!" I couldn't believe the nerve! This company is vicious and rude. I had to repeat my name several times during my conversation, and he even accused me of giving him a fake name!
