Has anyone had any dealings with Midwest Title/Loan Max? How delinquent can you get before they take your vehicle?

For four out of the past eight pay periods, Ambassador Colletion has been taking a substantial amount of money out of my paycheck. My dilemma is that I had several PDLS this summer and honestly don't remember filing one with anyone of this name. Furthermore, when I run the name Ambassador Collection through a Google search, it comes up with a series of listings about how it's a scam company. Does ANYONE have a phone number for them so that I can call and find out what I may still owe, or do I need to contact my bank and have them reverse the charges?

I settled two debt for less that the full amount (which is reflected on my credit report). I have been contacted by a company that says they are collecting the remaining balance on the debts. If the original creditor settled for a lesser amount, how is there a balance? Can they do this? I have ask for validation of the debt.

I have made terrible decisions I just want to fix them and get my life back on track

I need to know about an account that is on my credit and it is charged offon one report and on the other it as an balance on it for 8,670 dollars.

I was going through latest blog hunt section http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/bloghunt/ and found this blog lashleyl06.blogspot.com/2006/10/today-i-pray.html which quoted "Today I pray, I pray for the sick, the depressed, the worried, the frantic. I pray for those of us in debt" I think that is a great thing to do. We know that there are many who got into this debt (for many reasons) and are under immense pressure.
