I have a PDL with Cash Transfer centers and I live in NC. They are demanding pymt in full and I am unable to pay in full but I am willing to do arrange I was told if I donot pay in full on 11/13/06 they will contact my employer what do I do. Are they legal b/c NC has banned Payday loans. Please Help Kia

I was wondering if someone could give me some advise. I owed Seaman's about $2500. Now the reason I came into contact with CR is because I decided to do a credit check on myself and saw that my once excellent score of 757, all of the sudden became a 622. I realized I had a Seamans bill that I totally forgot about because when I made the purchase, they had a special in which you pay your first bill in a year. Hence my first bill should have been payed Feb 2006.

how long does it really take to pay off these loans...I got one in July and it is November and they say I still owe them...I thought it was paid already and now all of a sudden I owe $260 more

I've been served with a Civil Summons, in NC, for an unpaid credit card balance. Roughly 4 months prior to having received this summons, my debt settlement Co. had sent a power of attorney indicated that they are working with us to settle the debt (asap), but the account number they included in their correspondence may have been incorrect (off by 1 digit). Hence, they may not have gotten the account properly noted and forwarded it to a lawyer for judgement processing.

found collection entry on my credit report, called them, they tell me they no longer have my account but told me it's not up to them to remove their entry from my credit report. They also would not tell me who the account was with, only that they no longer have it.

I received a letter this weeked from these attorneys at law concerning a account my husband has it says credit CACH,LLC Orginal Creditor Credit One I know he owes credit one but what is Cach LLC can I do a debt validation with them and work out payments I need advise on what do do. Please help.

I have 18,000.00 in Credit card bills. I am a married mother of one. I am in a very unstable marrage and I need to get my financial situation under control so I can leave my husband and be able to support myself and my daughter. I had a job making $55,000.00 per year with perks such as a gas card, I did not pay for gas for 10 years, both my home and cell phone bills were paid by my company, and I was given $500.00 a month for a car allowance.
