I am in the search of starting some type of debt program to help with the many PDL's I have in collections as well as credit card and vehicle repo debt. I have been able to a new car at the beg of the yr and I am stuck with a another auto loan from Drive Time (nightmare) for the 2 yrs now... I have kept both auto loans current and trying to increse my score, however all these old pdl, cc and repo till haunt my report... Any suggestions would be very helpful. I want to clean up my credit and purchase a home hopefully in the next 2 yrs...

I had a pdl with Antilles Venture through my old checking account. They contacted me and said it wasn't paid and I said it was, next thing I know I have a lawyers office calling me. I told them to send me a validation of the debit I showed it was paid. well they never did. Somehow they go ahold of my new checking account number and they have been trying to take money out everyweek. I have gone to the bank and disputed it and had it taken off, but this is getting ridiculious. They can't put a stop of ach transaction What can I do. Thanks

I closed my account, and disputed all the charges we paid more than the principal, and our bank gave us provisional credit for those items. They are going to investigate the chargesm and they said that if they find that we did give premission to charge our account, then they will take those credits back. I live in MA< and supposedly internet loans are illegal in MA< as well as interest above the principal. Does anyone know if we will end up losing those credits again after the bank investigates the disputed charges- with gfsil and ameriloan?

I would like to send a letter to each of my PDL's and request them to mark my account as paid in full considering all of the fees I have paid. Or maybe I should send them a letter to confirm all of the payments I have made first? Anyway, does anyone have a sample letter that they have sent to their PDL's? It would be greatly appreciated! Does anyone know if Cash net 500 is licensed in Ohio, i don't believe they are but i was just wondering. I had someone call me today and said that they didn't get my payment ( which they never attempted to take out of my bank account) and that i needed to call them back to solve this voluntarily or further action would be taken. I have paid them about 200 dollars, but they say i still owe them more, but if they aren't licensed in ohio they i only have to pay the prinipal amount. Help me out on this matter...

I have several past due accounts that were opened when I was in a previous relationship. The usual story, she left me broke with all the bills and no way to pay them. I have about 3000 in past due bills and 11000 in past due child support. Now I am in a great relationship and we would like to start a family together but because of my bad credit, we can't even get a home loan. I need help!

Is there a payment plan worked out or do you have to pay all up front. I am curious on how this works.
