I received a call from Daniel Philips and he stated that I was approved for a $6000 loan and in order for me to get those funds I had to send in $900. I sent the money and then the next day I receive another call from John Edwards that I needed to send $900 more for $12,000 loan, then after that it was to send $1800. These fools got me for $3600 and tried to get me to send in $700 dollars. I waited to late to look them up to see if they were fraud. I called John back and told him that it's listed on yahoo, that they are fraud company.

OMG !!! They hang up on me ALL the time!!! They are taking money out of my account even though its UNAUTHORIZED. They tried to get monet out of my account on 5 seperate occasions in 4 days!!!!!!!!!!!! I have actually contacted the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and the Attorney Generals Office in every state they reside in. I have called the police and also cancelled my bank account and opened a new one!!! I am doing everything in my power to screw them over beyond repair I have 300$ in bounce fees from them which my TERRIFIC BANK OF AMERICA took care of for me if not for them I'd be screwed!!!

Hello, Over the past year my husband and I have been suffering through wage garnishment and high interest on vehicle loans. Over a period of time cost of living keeps increasing but not our wages. We have defaulted on 3 payday loans and are making payments to the company, but I have recently received a summons from court stating that I am being sued for a past credit card debt. We need help straightening out our expenses and living stress free from all the phone calls. I am a few months behind in our mortgage and 1 vehicle loan. Hi guys! I've been away from it all for a little while, I missed you guys to death. I just want to say hi and I'm back now!! (did you know I was gone?) I need to vent a bit..I had a really bad couple of weeks. First of all, my closest friends on this board know about an ailment I suffer from, and I had some serious problems with this..I have that under control right now, thank goodness. My main job has been insane, and I also am covering local football teams for a local paper, and that has been very time consuming. But the worst thing...Someone tried to break into my house.

I received a fax from Cash Advance USA, that was addressed to me, but the attached letter say "Dear Mr/s "name that is not even close to mine". It requests that I send a $ 75 money order by Friday to avoid "taking steps neither of us would like". So, do I send a debt validation letter or do I ignore it? The phone # given is 866-840-0440 and the address is PTY 741, PO Box 025724, Miami, FL 33102. It came from Abdiel Rodriguez. Any advice? Has anyone gotten something like this from them? Thanks!

Okay story/share of the day. A few years back I had to turn in a Honda that I had purchased because I couldn't make the payments. well of course there is an outstanding balance on the account. Honda handed the collections over to a so called company called AMO Recoveries who violate the fair debt collection act as many times as they can. So I sent them a C & D letter on October 20 from debiting my account anymore and that I wanted to work with the original creditor.

Getting call for another person. Caller has been informed of error but continues to call.
