my mom is on a fixed income and has about $3000 worth of loans to storefront pdl companies. How can we end this madness because her monthly check is not enough to cover her household expenses and turn the loans over each month?

Due to a loss of employment last October, 2005, I had a vehicle repossessed. They sold the truck at auction and have tried to collect the balance from me since. I don't have the finances to repay this debt at this time. The collection agency's have taken to calling my neighbors to try and embarass me into paying. Is there anything I can do to stop them from calling the people on my street?

Please help he out I am finsihed with my evil ways! Please help most of my bills are not credit card related.

I see several posts mentioning paying off payday loans or consolidating them. How does one get ahold of these or this company or institution? Please advise

I applied for a payday loan and my intial application was not approved then yesterday I saw a deposit in my bank account from SJM Marketing. I was never contacted to accept this loan, so I called Platinum B to cancel the loan. I spoke to Brad who said he would cancel it and then he hung up. I called back and left a message and I have emailed every email address I have found to contact them. How can I make sure it is going to be cancelled? How long should it take for the deposit that was made into my account to be retracted? Any info would be a great help. Thanks.

My sister owes 18,000 to MBNA. The account was 4 or 5 months behind, but they talked her into letting them draw payments from her bank account for the last 3 months. They are no longer going to be able to make those payments ($400/month). I'm going to help them out if we can get a good settlement. Can someone give me a contact and dept? Also is it best to call or send a written offer and do we need to stop paying all together for a few months before we offer? There is also another debt, orginally with Chase for around $15000.

The Law office of Norman Kaline has contacted me this morning. A lady by the name of Ms. Jones told me in a very polite way that they may be able to work out an arrangement with me whereby I will be pay a certain amount a month until the debt is paid. She also said that they might be able to make a settlement on my account. She would need to talk to her supervisors and she would contact me either Friday or Monday. If I have not heard back from her by Monday, she asked that I call her. I am going to contact the FBI if they are under investigation.

Has anyone ever heard of FMS, Inc. in Tulsa, OK? I keep receiving phone calls from them and I sent them a certified validation letter. They just won't quit. They are now calling my job everyday with a recorded message that says if you are ........answer and if not tell her to call this number. I don't need this. I don't know who these people are and I would pay the debt if I knew what it was if it was mine. I just want them to leave me alone if they cannot provide me with the necessary documents. Please help!
