I need to know what to do about the 4 payday loans that will take every bit of what i make out of my next pay check and probably more than what i make. I was already in debt before i took the payday loans out now i have really worse i cant pay anything but just the minimal payments not even any of what they take is going against the balance. if i close my checking account what can they do to me?

First time I notcied it, and I don't even remember the candidate's name. That commercial was brought by one party of candidates, against another. During the ad, they weretalking about things the guy tried to get passed, or spearhaeded. They mentioned that he "supported and voted to approve predatory lenders request to charge Florida's poor citizens up to 390% interest on short term loans..." That is our state limit, anyway - this site raises awareness.

I have been working for months trying to pay off some outstanding pdl's that I have, one of them including MyCashTime.com....Mr. Manley has been calling me and emailing continuously being very rude and un-polite.....anyhow.... Well I suppose it is time I stopped in here to say hello. I really am not as anti-social as I seem. I just feel that my personal feelings shouldn't interject into what I say for the most part. A small introduction of myself, I have been married for longer than I can remeber and have enough kids that with just a few more I would have half of a basketball team!. I work in collections, pre-charge off credit cards. I really do enjoy my job.
