I recently received a copy of my Teletrack report and it is showing multiple inquiries under my social security number from a company I have not done business with before, a credit loan company. How do I get this removed off my report? I have contacted the company and they wanted my social security number but I would not provide to them. Any suggestions?

I have over 10000 in credit card debt that I am making payments of 500 to 600 dollars a month on but it just does not seem to go down. My interest rates are very high close to 20% or more. Being sued!! OK this is the situation, In the first week of October, I sent a letter to Equifax, letting them know that a certain account on my credit report was not mine because i didn't reconize it, then two weeks later I'm getting sued over this acct. I called the credit agency and they wanted to set up payments, with me, then I called back and ask them to send me written verification that this accout is mine, she said sense Its a court case she don't have it. I got 20 days from today to file or to accept payments arangement on the acct. What should I do?

Anyone dealt with this collection agency??? Why won't they accept my offers they want payment in full and nothing else

I got contacted by a collection agency to pay a 2 year old phone bill. I moved twice since then and never received the invoices. What is my best strategy ? I can pay the amount in full, but would like to avoid a negative impact on my FICO score. It was already reported to all 3 credit bureaus - a bummer since I want to buy a house this year. I know many of you have dealt with United Cash Loans. I am pretty sure they have not abided by the usury laws for Denver, Colorado. I have almost paid them the full principal in interest. I got a threatening call today at work from them. Can they garnish my wages? Does anyone know? If they sue me, can I use the "usury law" defense?
