My husband and I have several loans they are with Plain Green, Great Plains, and One Click Cash. We have paid them off and started them over. We can't seem to get out of them. We have 3 children and we are barely getting by. I know this is our fault for getting into, but is there anyway out? We live in PA, are there any laws on our side? Please help!

I live in Massachusetts, and got a internet payday loan from a company called St. Armands Group in June 1012. The amount of the loan was for $200. I have since had 4 payments debited from my bank account for $60 each for a total of $240 that has been paid back so far. I have since revoked ACH authorization and closed my account. Today I sent them an email stating the above, and that all internet payday loans are illegal in the state of Mass. and asking for a response stating that my account was paid in full and satisfied.

So I got the results of my dispute on my credit report on Experian, and guess what? Cash Call stays. So now what? Just keep fighting with the same result? I have gotten some great advice on these forums, I will admit, but when it comes to Cash Call, its the same story with the same outcome. I maybe have seen one person who had Cash Call declare the account paid in full that was originally a Western Sky Loan like mine was.

I currently owe a total of around $900 for two payday loans and I need help with this debt. I live in Kentucky. One loan is in Kentucky with Buckeye Check Cashing of Kentucky, inc (DBA Check$mart), the other is in Ohio with Buckeye Lending Solutions LLC. I ow the first $471 and the second $460. I am not behind with them yet but I've been stuck with this shit for more than a year and I am sick of it. Can you guys help me?

When sending the email or letter as it says in the steps on how to deal with illegal lenders do I send it to the agencies that keep calling or the payday lenders themselves? Also does anyone know of "Global Check Processing LLC in Hamburg, NY? They sent a fax to my main supervisor requesting employment information

Received a phone call we owe $500.00 for one course (the course is part of another university) our daughter took as part of her education at a NY State University. They now say they didn't have proof she was a NY State resident. She went to get proof from the state. Now the says too bad, too late. They call every other day for payment. She has always lived in NY. What can we do?
