I WAS A SINGLE DIVORCED MOTHER IN NURSING SCHOOL. my ex don't help finacially with our three children. I went on welfare while in nursing school, which only gave me enough money for the light bills. I've gotten cash advances, a title loan, and bounced a couple of checks to keep food on the table. Know I'm finished with school, and have so many bills on my chest, that I'm just depress. is there any way to relieve this feeling. :cry:

I have used the pay day loan centers when in a bind. Recently I found it necessary to use more then one. Now I found that all the extra charges are hurting me financially. I don't recommend getting involved with pay day loans. Only if last resort. It seems to be a never ending circle, get one to cover the other.

I just recieved the below email from GFS. I took the loan out in June of this year, since June I have paid $79.00 in fees to this company. My loan was originally $200.00 with a $79.00 fee. I have paid them $553.00. I replied back to them quoting Alabama law regarding payday loans and that they are in violation. I advised them to mark this account paid in full because I have paid well over the maximum amount. I am not paying them any more money. Am I wrong for this? Please help. :?

i have looked at credit report i have not serious debt some are phone bills, and student loan, comcast not really credit cards... i just wont to change all that , my auto loan is paid up to date only the small items are around...

on my cr it has 2 accounts listed 1st is oc 2nd is whom bought my account..? is why on teh one who bought my account is the oc listed as collateral?

I have a paday loan with Web Pay Day. I went to their site and my accout status says: "You have a loan that has been funded". Can someone tell me what does that mean? The other day I checked and they said that I had a outstanding balance, But they took $140 out of my bank account today and now on their website it says that "You have a loan that has been funded". Hello, I am new to these forums, and in need of debt consolidation. I read some of the topics and claims here, and I thought I had screwed up big time. Well I did screw up big time, but not in with the severity I thought I had. Last year I was in dire need of money, due to bills, a negative checking account, car insurance, rent, so on and so forth, and my job at the time only paid about seven dollars an hour, and at twenty five hours a week. We were also paid bi-weekly, so that was no fun as well.

Is this company a scam? I think it is. I have turned them over to my lawyer.
