Hi everyone, I have no idea what to do. I got a letter from a collection agency stating that they are collecting a debt for American Express. Well, the account was closed last year, and I have faithfully been making the payments monthly. All of the sudden, out of the blue, they want it all? I don't know what to do. I don't have 6,000. to pay them. Help! PS...my husband has no idea I have charged up our cards, and yes there's more than this one, but I never been late on a payment...omg.

I am currently in the Military and im stationed overseas in Japan. I have been recently informed by the Military that I have to take care of all of my outstanding debts. I was wondering if you would be able to pull up my credit report and consolidate all of my debts into one. It would be outstanding if you could get back to me with an answer ASAP. Thank you

To whom it may concern: Basically, the reason of my debt is I expected money from properties sold in Mexico, which process is stuck due to burocratic reasons. I overused my american express card, and carried over a debt of 5000. This debt increased due to interests and fees for overdrafting. This card needs to be paid in full, since amex does not have (at least when i called) payment plans except pay in full. On the other hand i have a pending account with Auto Credit of Atlanta, for a car that recently broke down, and im still paying. 1500.

I googled a payday loan and received a loan through United Cash Loans. When the very next day I received through this other company FTR Processing. I tried to have my bank returned the deposit but now I have FTR trying to sue me for 580.What should I do they dont even want to work with me. :cry:

I have an old medical debt that I disputed years ago, after running a current credit report it showed up under a collection agency Rossman & associated in Ohio. I tried to contact them by phone and email but they wont return calls.
