Hello, I had few credit cards, and I was making regular payments for a while...All of a sudden I didnt have a job, and couldnt pay my bills....all my bills are above the limit, and they are charging late fees and overlimit fees...I am in process of getting a new job. my credit card balance is around $2,800, and I would like consolidate my debt as soon as I can...please contact me..thankyou.

As I sit here trying to help my sister get out of the payday loan mess she is in, i am sick to my stomach. She knew darn well what she was getting into when she did this. She knew about the interest rates, how much they would take out of her bank, etc, etc. She admited as much. But, now as she reads these forums, she thinks she is a victim. i need help ansering a summons. I received the summons from unifund and never received any type of letter from them prior to this so I could not ask for a debt validation. They are asking for payment on an old credit card account that has had no activity since 12-2001. Doesn't that meet the statute of limitations regarding collections in the state of Nevada?
