Anyone know this # 866-213-7004?

I have inherited a cell phone from a person who obviously owes you money. Since my credit score is in the high 70's, low 80's (it fluctuates), this is really annoying. I don't have creditors calling me, I have SOMEONE ELSE'S creditors calling me. I was getting a call periodically and then monthly. Now, I am receiving them weekly! When this first started, I was asked if I was this person and stated that I was not. Then I received a barrage of questions, "Do you know him", etc.

I have a few loans out but the only one that has messed up my checkings account is the Rio Resources. NowI have to close my account because they have tried numerous of times to get money out and I have spoken to them about it once. I'm at a negative $300 and I still havn't paid them back. I don't know what to do.

I received contact from a Miss Laskey at Bass and Associates (877) 281-2224, ext 326 today. They claim that they have affidavits to file on me for Bank Fraud and Theft by Deception unless I pay $805 today. I contacted the company they claim to be representing a few times in the past asking to set up payment arrangements and to advise them of my bank account closing due to another company continually taking money out of it. I never received any response from them, and now I received this call. Bass and Associates say that their client has sent out notices but I never received anything.

I have no clue where to post this, so I will post it here. My mortgage was sold to another company who has a less that perfect reputation. Anyhow I mail my check to them but they automatically debit my account using the banking industry AI format. Anyhow I was wondering if I sent them a letter asking them to deposit the check like a normal check are they legally binded to do this upon my request and if so can someone help me word a letter of this format that might know the banking industry lingo. I need some advice on how to get my money back from T and C. I have decied to go with Langhorne law and i haven't gotten any support from t and c and have paid them about 200.00. How would i go about getting my money back?????

hey peoples, i got one loand marked paid in full...... thank god :D I called the Regulators and they said well he didnt say it but i asked him do i have to pay these guys back being that the fact they are not licensed in ca! "he said i cant tell you that but i wouldnt i wish i could tell you that" what does that tell you. HMMMMMMMM...... well i have four to go... Also I dont think we should be saying the company names we have loans with (only if you put your full name like i myself did) :oops: anyways any advice or easy templates would be greatly appreciated.

Due to my busy schedule it is best to contact me by mail. I am wanting to see what it is you can help me with in regards to my account. The most important is Key Bank, Citi and MBNA I do have others. How and what would you be able to help me with?

They sent me an email yesterday because they say they had the payment from my bank returned to them as "not paid" which I know is not true because the money came out of my account I am fighting because I WAAAYYYY over paid them. SO I get a email in the morning saying please call us within 48 hours and we wont take any action then I get another one that says you have not responded we are sending you to collections.
