I am scared of my outstanding pay day loans..........I have posted before but now the situation is turning bad.... I got a call from United Quick Cash Loans this morning at work. I was on another call and I hung up from my work call and accidently hung up on that line that the lady from United Quick Cash was calling on. I then got a voicemail from her and it said exactly: "This is Miss Fletcher from CashNet. You just hung up on me but that's okay because we are going to go ahead and proceed against you, how do you like that?" I am really scared....I don't know what to do anymore.

Thanks for reading this. I last paid on my credit card in August 2003. In my state the SOL ends three years later. A collection agency sent me a bill for a credit card. I asked for a debt validation. They sent me a few months statements, with my name on them. They did not send any statement copies showing I had paid anything, except the March, 2004, statement with a credit on it. I know I did not pay the credit card adter August 2003.

what impact might bankruptcy have on foreign assets. my wife’s family owns a business in a dif country under my wife’s name. will that be susceptible to the bankruptcy do we have to claim that as an asset even though its in a different country?

When are you going to stop calling me and asking me for someone that is not here by that name?!! I am irate and angry that these ruthless people wont stop calling me and waisting my valuble time asking for someone that I have no idea who they are!!! This company is bull shit!
