I was wondering if anyone has had any dealings with this company? I recently applied directly on the site for a PDL. I was approved and signed my loan documents and submitted it. The next day I was told that I was denied. I called to see why and was told that either I didn't finish the app or that I canceled. I was then told to re-apply, which I did. I got my approval letter again and found out the next day that it had been reversed. Is this the way these companies do business??

I am drowning. After splitting up with my girlfriend of three years I have found myself unable to manage my bills, loans, old debt, and credit through this hard and reconstructive time. I wish I could consolidate all my bills, debt and loans into one payment so, I can get back on my feet, enjoy my livelyhood and not feel so stressed on a day to day basis. I am trying to help my girlfriend (future fiance & wife). She has been building debt and needs help getting out of it. We live together and rent an apartment. We have applied over the phone for a loan from Wells Fargo Financial. We are going to meet with the local credit union. I am not sure what the best route to take is that will keep her credit rating somewhat in tact (i.e. not put up a red flag that she has consolidated). I don't want her problems to affect our ability to buy a house in the future.

Company/Individual reported: navy i was making monthly payments to pallino receivables via direct deposit from my banck account. i have not missed a payment for over a year but now i got a letter from m.r.s associates for collection. id like to know why my account was sent to them.

I have about $2000 in payday loans in one way or another out there and I don't ever have money left over. All I'm looking for is help to pay these off. Please help!!! :(

you were collecting on a credit card of mine. i was making monthly payments to you via direct deposit from my bank. i have now received a collection notice from m.r.s associates saying you submitted my account to them for collection. i have not missed one payment to your company and have been making steady payments for about one year. i never received any notices from you about missing payments. now i have another collection agency after me. why was my account with you submitted to another collection agency if i was making monthly payments

what do these companies do to you when you default on the loan. please help me. this is so stress full...

Hello, When thing seem to be going right something always goes wrong!!!! That's been my life story and here's my case: Yesterday I receive a letter from wolpoff & abramson, L.L.P. "Attorneys in the Practice of Debt Collection. They contacted me in regards to an oustanding debt I owe from a 1997 Harley Davidson that was stolen from my residence back in 2003 I then found out my ex-wife had not put the bike on our insurance and therfore that is why I now owe 19,500.

Does anyone know who this company is? I keep getting messages from them and have no idea what its about, and they won't leave anything other than "this is Jessica from Universal Data, I need a return call" Thanks!
