:( well my father recieved a letter from chase saying his account had been turned over to palisades collection LLC because it was a 7yrs thing so we recieved a bill we made a payment and we never recieved anything from them.The next amount due was $268.31 and I am wondering are they going to charge late fees to the account? It would be their fault for not sending us anything or informing us . As a company they should be more aware of things i ve been calling and no one picks up what should i do ?

I had a $300 loan with Cash Transfer Centers and defaulted on it as of 8/31/06. I did notify the company and asked for repayment arrangements, which were ignored. I included this loan with my debt settlement program through Hess Kennedy. Today there was a letter from CTC addressed to my company's payroll dept. in our office mail. I get all of the mail for our office and deal with it, as I'm the office manager, and we do not process payroll here.

I have started receiving calls from ACS regarding credit card debt belonging to my father. My sister is getting calls as well because she still uses her maiden name. Our father is very old and ill and resides in a nursing home, and is close to running out of money, so there is no way he can pay this debt. So far I've ignored the calls thanks to caller id, but it is getting annoying. Would they leave me alone if I told them the truth, or try to hit me up for the debt? It is my understanding that I am not responsible for this.

In 2005, 1st Credit of America collected a debt of mine with payment made on a credit card. This month a charge on that same credit card appears from them and I don't owe anyone, anything. I've called them several times with no response. How and where do I file a complaint against them?
