Has anyone had any sucess with Cash Call(the gary coleman commercial company) accepting T&C's or any other consolidation companies proposal? T&C has made the proposal, the woman at Cash Call told me so, however she said they denied it because they don't work with consolidation companies. However she did say they received my(made by T&C)payment this month. She said that they have other options that may reduce my payment with them.

My third and last pdl just settled with me. I had sent 3 letters to Paragon funding. They finally e-mailed me today saying they did not accept my settlement offer which is to pay them the last 30.00 on the balance and be done with it, and they were turning me over to a collection agency. I e-mailed back that they knew the loan was not legal when they issued it, even if I didn't. I also told them I am sure the Attorney General's offoce will agree with me. She e-mailed back that they would debit the last $30.00 and marked the account. I told her I had revoked that option.

Some automated woman from 319-274-1904 keeps leaving me a message, but the message doesn't state what company she is calling from. Any help out there?

I owe 65,000 in credit card bills. I cannot make the monthly minimum payments.....I want my credit to remain good or get better. I have a budget of 1000 per month to pay off these cc debts.

these agents keep calling. i don't even have an account with them, and even after telling them they have the wrong number the calls keeps coming in, cussing at them doesn't work. i'm researching this to speak to President of the company myself so, these early calls is pissing me off.

Hey guys and gals - Long story short, I wasn' able to fulfill my original deal and I came here for advice. I sent out my letter and got an offer today. Bottom line is, they just want me to pay 80 bucks, which would make the total amount I pay = the original amount borrowed. terms I can totally live with. I still have 2 more to go, so wish me luck - but THANKS to the fine vets and n00bs who offer good info!!

was at my local magistrate recently for a court summons for credit card( which they did not show up and got a continuance instead). ok here is what i heard the attourney or whoever it was for a previous hearing tellin teh court clerk at teh window.

I think I read a post on here a few months ago about filing complaints against lenders such as Cash Today Ltd. with someone besides the BBB, AG office and Dept. of Finance, because they are an international company. Can someone help me out? Thanks in advance!

I was in a car accident in February and it set me back. I have been having a hard time making bills since the accident. I owe approx 10,950 on my car, 3,400 on a credit card and 400 on a loan.
