HI guyz, can you tell me what is the different betwwem Write Post and write page?

I have always been depressed and as result would shop with money I did not have i.e. credit cards and along with student loans and rent food and car insurance im in the red so I know I need outside help.

does anyone know if collections can cally uor work and give out personal information? i was at work one day and a debt collector aske for someone i worked with and they stated she owed money and gave the name of the company.

I have an account with American General, behind of course. It was listed with T&C but they have done nothing and I've dropped them (another story). Anyway, AG pressured me into sending them a post-dated check for 10/27 for $200 which I did. Turns out they put it through early causing my checking account to be overdrawn and costing me so far $66. Is there anything I can do? Would it help to complain to the attorney general or division of financial services? The bank told me this was illegal. Thanks!

i owe about 3,000 and how much would this take me to after court costs if they decide to take me to court? Also, who do i call to help make debt collectors stop calling me? does anyone have a phone number? i live near the flint mi area.

i am about 2,500-3,000 in debt due to credit cards. my boyfriend has lost his job and i am scraping to make the min payments. i am in debt 650 to my local credit union for a credit card and i think they came to my house? is this possible? was it the credit union. i am very scared and i also heard if i do not pay my debts off, then i could even have a warrant for my arrest. i am so scared i am making myself sick. i dont know what to do or even know where to go to get a debt consolidation loan. Please help i am in dire need of it! Thank you.

Last fall, I got married. My husband and i took extra cash out to help pay our portion of the wedding and the honeymoon. That was in October. In february, i lost my job, and held partime employment, but fell behind in bills. We have two mortgages, for homes we have been trying to sell and car payments as well as credit cards. Up until this time, i have always had excellent credit, and been on time with paying my bills. Its really embarassing to talk with the collectors, when all my life i have had such good credit and payment history. I need help resolving this matter.

Hello, I was doing just fine on my credit till a friend asked to borrow a substantial amount of money (5500) and being the good trustworthy friend I loaned him the money against a credit card. I then found myself with him not paying and with me with out a job, and the one i did find did not pay like they said. I now have a decent paying job but behind and cant catch up with out some help. There is a 20% apr on the money borrowed and having trouble catching up. If I can just have everything consolidated under smaller apr I can catch up. Thank you for your time, Christopher Gilbert

Cashnet500 is one of the PDL's that Im dealing with. The origional loan was for $250.00. I have paid a total of $375.00. On Sept. 4th and again on the 17th I faxed them letters revoking my authority for them to debit my account and not to try and contact my husbands work phone number. We closed our bank account on Aug.28th with Bank of America but were told that the account would not be officially closed until it went 7 days with no activity.
