I did a payday loan in my husbands name w/out his knowledge...how valid are these "e-signature" type things over the internet....I am dealing w/ CashNet USA. I had rolled over a few loans w/ them & then decided enough is enough, I have paid them enough $$. Well you know the drill, I am now getting calls from Paragon Way. Well they want to talk to my husband who knows nothing about what I did.......so now what do I do? I am in MO & have looked at our payday loan laws & they SUCK. Any advice on what I should do now to try to settle this mess?

Does anybody have any further feedback regarding Langhorne Law? I spoak at length with Dennis Williams who is the managing attorney at Langhorne. Based on a six month plan, I will be paying about $350, attorney fees and also placing an agreed amount into a "savings plan" to cover the pdl debt settlement. In my case, I owe about $1300 principal to the pdl companies. He apparently worked for the pdl companies in the past and now has come over to our side. While he does not guarantee anything, he seems confident that he can reach a settlement with these companies.

I recently found out throu checking my credit report about collection posted by asset acceptance llc for amount of $17 dollars on the account that I never opened or was even aware of existence. So I wanted to ask what would be the best way to find out about what happened and how to get rid of it? thank you, Max
