I received a call from an Allied agent today. He asked for my deceased father. I asked who was calling and he hung up. Since I had received a call from the Sprint before and had explained that my father died 7/10/06, never lived at my number or address and would not paying any cell phone bill I was a little tick to have received this call and hangup. I called the number in my caller ID and got Ming Li. I began to explain that I wanted to speak to a member of management becuas the representative had called and hung up.

They say I owe them $270 but I can settle the amount for $120 if I pay by the 20th. How should I handle this? The letter also says to make check payable to cingular wireless, does that mean they are collecting the money on behalf of cingular wireless or have they bought the debt from cingular wireless already? Well looks like I posted in the wrong place. I am looking for help with the pay day loan mess. I have a big one and need help fast. Does anyone have a suggestion? Where do I get my reply to this?

I have been reading the testimonials and I am guessing I am not the only one stuck in the Pay Day Loan nightmare. I really need help and hopefully someone can tell me what to do. This is just an FYI for anyone who is having trouble with GFSIL. I got a cash advance loan of $200 in July of this year and every two weeks they deducted money from my bank account beginning with $80 and going down $5 each time. I finally realized that I had paid them way too much money and called the 1-800-280-3359 number and they said that I was only paying a procesing fee each time to extend the loan. The lady I spoke with first said that someone called me every two weeks to ask me if I wanted them to continue to extend my loan and that I said yes.

I got divorced in feb, have a mortgage w/ a neg m of $2000 per month an interest only of $3800 a month, the house has been for sale now since feb. I make about $4000 per month. other depts in clude a motorcycle payment of $400; credit card total $18,000 w/ a min of $400, and other card total $10,000 min of $350; 25,000 loan w/ a min of $500; wich leaves me w/ about $350 a month for food, gas, water, electric, and all the other esincials in life, hince I've been living off my credit cards since the divorce.

My question is in regards to InoVision-Medclr-NCOP. They recently called me said I owed a debt (I spent 5 years fixing mistakes of my past so that now There is nothing out there) and they said I owed a debt from 1997 that just went into collection last year(2005) and that it was for an electric bill for $750. I told them that I did not live in that city at the time of the debt and they said I had to show proof. I asked them what kind of proof and the girl didn't have any idea.

My account with paycheck today was turned over to United Legal the gentleman and I use that term with much sarcasm refused to send me a letter a debt validation. He said they only had to send it out once and I informed him I had never received it and he told me to bad they would not send another one out and he refused to give me their address anyone have it? I overpaid Paycheck today and I refuse to pay them any more but I need United legals info to give to the Arizona AG's Office
