Hi -- I have been contacted by Allen,Lewis,Inc Ffor a debt collection for my husband.He owes the debt and we intend to pay it -- this company told us both that we had to have $220.00 paid by last day of Oct and then payments for next 11 months.This was to be done through our bank -- auto deducted.We couldn't do it any other way and if we refused that my husband would be sued and taken to court for "stolen property".I tried to make other arrangments,as we're both disabled and have very limited income now,and she hung up on me !

well iwe nt to my judgment hearing today with wolpoff &abramson//lnvn.i showed they did not .apparently they filed a continuance and i havent received it from mag yet.i had original hearing set fro 2 weeks ago but filed a defense so i could get it validated.they got vd letter a week ago as per cert mail.i dont know why if they have all teh correct info they would have it continued.. tehy still continue to call everyday but i wont talk to them..

I received 1 letter from Palisades Collection LLC about 6 month ago requesting I pay for my AT&T bill I had about 3 years ago. They didn't offer any deal(?). Now, I have received a summons for 30 days regarding this same account. Anything I can do now?

I have just found out that 2 payday loans that i have paid out plenty above and beyond what I owe them do not have a license to grant loans in my state. What should I do. One, Geneva Roth Ventures is calling my place of employment and harassing me and they will not accept any pay options I have offered. They told me even if I send a cease and desist letter they will call me at work every day. Can you help me?

Hiya, My question is: Is it possible to consolidate several types of debt? (ie. School loans, car loans, credit cards, outstanding utility bills, etc?) I lost my job two months ago and my personal economy had a harsh recession. Long story short, I am behind on almost everything (car, credit cards, $1600 utilities, cell phone, etc). I landed a new job last week and while I will be making ok money, I wont be able to pay off all of these bills anytime soon :-) So, if it's possible to consolidate them all with one company, does anyone have personal experience doing this?

My second pdl has been marked paid in full. :D I still have not heart from the last one, Paragon Funding, but the debit was scheduled for yesterday so I'm hoping I will hear from them shortly. By the way, I have paid on these loans for months and months, so the principals have been paid. I include that because I don't want anyone to think I left any true balance.
