I have been making payment arrangements with my PDL's for the most part they have been understanding. I am having trouble with CashNetUSA. They say that the best they can do is half now and half next month. I can't do that I have a total of 8 PDL's that I am trying to pay off. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with CashNet? I am in Colorado. Thanks!

A state agency is refusing to comply with the FCRA and continues to furnish inaccurate information to credit agencies. They refuse to provide copies of statements or otherwise comply with the FCRA or fdcpa, what is the next step?

Hello Everyone. National Financial Systems, Inc. has called and sent me one letter regarding a cc debt I have that is almost $6000. I called and tried to work out payment arrangements, but they wanted 1/2 upfront before they would do monthly payments. I told them I could do at least $150-200 per month, but didn't have any large amounts to put as a down payment. They rejected my offer and said that any payments I would send in would not affect my current balance and basically have no affect at all on my account. I asked them to stop calling, but continue to send letters. They keep calling.

My wife and I have only a Mortgage and credit card debt. No car payments, no medical payments, credit good. We owe about 32k over around 7 accounts. We can afford this currenlty - but it is a hassle to keep up with all the payments, we don't want to default. Plus all the interest rates are raising. We were at 10% interest - now some are as high as 25%, not from us, just from interest inflation. We want 1 payment a month at a good rate.

Hi! I would like to ask how Portfolio Recovery Ass can report incorrectly on my credit report. I have disputed the information 4 times and even sent a notorized court document to back up my amount as opposed to the amount they are reporting and each time it has came back that the collection agency is correct. The person at Equifax pretty much told me that they report what the collection agency tells them (I guess whether right or wrong) Isn't there something that can be done other than posting a 100 or less word follow up by me for me credit file. This seems illegal.

This gentleman tells me he is sending my case to County Sheriff for arrest warrant? Does anyone know anything about this and what can I do? I cannot pay in one lump sum, which is what they are asking.

yeah i got 3 of my 7 online pdl's to copmpletley mark my account as zero. and one to take payment arrangments. now i am jsut waiting on my last 3. thanks for all the advise. if i hadn't of found this site i would still be goign crazy with these loans
