i have been readin up alot on judgments and such. i read about bein judgment proof..an attourney i talked to mentioned me possibly bein judgment proof..does any1 know anythign about this?...my story: i have not worked in 4 yrs , only husbands income for 5 of us.only real assets is home with mortgage and not much equity,a van still with payments,cc debt seeking judgment is only in my name,got it before i got marreid then changed to my married name.btw debt is in pa .

ugh. I have taken out a few payday loans and made the mistake of paying off some of these CA services. I made a payment to Paramount and tried to set up a payment plan. Now they are calling and calling for their next payment. I am stapped to the teeth. They refer to themselves as Mrs such and such and that they are from the legal dept. I am losing my mind and I need some directions. HELP

Hello, I live in Texas and I believe the sol is 4 years. I have a debt on my credit report that is supposed to drop off in less than a year. It is from a collection agency. I paid on this debt and tought it was settled. Now I'm being harassed by another collection agency. My question is did it restart the sol and will it still fall off? Thanks!

I'm just so down right now.. Sunday @12am my car was repo'd.. i called my creditor last week and asked them if they could give me until this week to pay for the payment, i thought it was ok.. but they still took the car.. i called my creditor and told them about it and they said that they never accepted the arrangement when i called, (they only noted it).. so now i don't have a car.. What do i do? i called the creditor and they told me to take out a loan to pay off the balance on the car..

I need help with credit cards

I have not paid attention to the importance of paying off bills or have I paid attention to the importance of having good credit.

A woman from Antilles Ventures just called me at work and threated to speak with my supervisior about my pay day loan with them. she said that since i used my work email address i could be fired and that they were going to turn me over to an attorney and that i should get ready for court.

well where to begin. my husband and i have put ourselves in serious credit card and other misc. debt. we filed bancruptcy 8 years ago and we honestly do not know what to do now. it is very stressful to us, because we would like to be able to purchase nice things for our children someday. we are only able to pay out a month about 250. if this is not good, please let us know thank you trish cartwright
