Has anyone had online payday loan lenders still debit money from their checking accounts after you have paid them off or filed complaints with the AG's office?

I am at my wits end with this collections agency. allied interstate, Inc. apparently has been trying to collect a debt from me since August. The first time I ever spoke to them was through the telephone. -I informed the man ("Edward Potts") that I had never received an intial contact letter from them. They claimed that they sent one August 5, 2006, and he then provided the address on file. Nothing has even been received. While it was not my current address, I have left a forwarding address in order to contact me. -"Mr.

It must have been because I somehow posted it 3 times. I'll try again! Now that my student loan is out of rehab and I am starting to pay a new lender who bought my loan this week, when should I expect it to be off my credit report? It is still there as of last week. How long should I wait before I start wondering why it is still listed as default? Now that my payday loans are almost paid off, the only debt I have is my student loan. Should I try and pay some charge offs on my 540 credit report that are about 4 years old, or let them drop off in 3 years? Will it help my credit if I do?

I can't seem to register. When I put in my e-mail address and try to cntinue it say my e-mail is already there but I've only registered for the counselor who I've already spoken to. I've gone to forgotten password but one has not been sent. Please help

I successfully rehabilitated my student loan and will be making payments to the lender that bought my loan this Friday. When will the default on my student loan be off my credit score? Does it take a few months. Who takes the default off my report, the new lender or Iowa Student Loans who sent it to collections? I have also managed to pay off most of my 4 payday loans by working my buns off working overtime, and sticking to a very strict budget. I'll done with those bad boys by the end of the month. My credit score is 540, lousy... I know I am a long, long way from getting it better.
