Can anyone help me here. I have loans with the above companies and live in PA. I am trying to find out what there contact info is and if any of them are licensed in there home states. Please help if you know. I need to get the appropriate documents to them to stop there debits from ym account. Thanks

Okay last night I pulled our free annual credit reports and on them, I found the accounts that were discharged in the bankruptcy in 2000 are showing zero balance, but last report date is 9/2006. Can they legally keep reporting $0 balance? Will this keep restarting the 7 year clock? Also, on there it is showing several inquires from early 2004. Aren't these suppose to drop off after two years? Now there are a few things on hubby's report showing last report date from 1999. Shouldn't this kind of stuff fallen off by now? It is accounts that were paid off in 1998.

We are in really bad debt right now. We have gotten close to paid off in the past but thing always seem to come up that we don't have the money for and have to use credit and they are not unnessecary things either. We have two children and there are some times when it feels like we can't go and get groceries because we have no money. I would love to be able to be debt free and have the money to spend on ourselves every once in a while.

I got most of my money back. I didn't fight for the original payment ($ 160). They said that I still owed the debt and were going to overnight my contract to me so I can see what I signed. This was on Tuesday, and I have yet to receive it. They wouldn't mark my file "paid in full" even though one of the original reps I dealt with said they would. I'm not even sure if its Geneva Roth that I am dealing with..though the debit/credit on my account says "Geneva Roth Ventures/Kansas City".

I will need your guys help on a response to these idiots. I love how they say they have a recording but yet none of us have ever obtained a copy let alone when requested they deny it now they are using that as their defense. Your thoughts?
