i need to know what bilsi can consolidate

Hello, I really need some help and advice on what to do. I have gotten in over my head with too may payday loans and the next withdraw from my account will be Monday August 20th. I have 7 payday loans that I received on the internet. They are as follows: CashYes.com - $925.00 CashDirectExpress - $350.00 Integrity - $700.00 US Fast Cash - $400.00 500 Fast Cash - $400.00 Sure Advance - $400.00 CashnetUSA - $1,000.00 These are the loan amounts ONLY and do not include the interest. I don't need this debited from my account on Monday, My paycheck will probably not even cover all the interest.

I live in New Jersey and have about 3500 in payday loans. I am looking for a safe and reliable company to do a consolidation. Any suggestions please?

Cashcall gave a small claims summons to one of my employees (I was a manager) and 2 days later I was fired. Not for the serving, but it was given to an employee and laid on my desk. Open piece of paper. No envelope. Everyone could see it and I'm sure it was talked about. Two days later I was fired for "falling asleep" at my desk. I had laid my head down and fell asleep for a short period. I have not set break times and most of the time never have taken breaks as management. What can I do? I'm still in shock. I had worked here for 9 years in management.

I sent my revocation letter to zip19 and have informed them that since I have paid their high interest illegal fees in the past on my numerous reloans with them, they should consider my last loan as paid in full and close my outstanding loan with them (I calculated my principal loans and interest fees which end up that they actually owe me a refund of over $800 but I didn't bother asking for it back, I just want them to issue me a PIF).

Ameriloan is giving me a hard time settling my account. I got a loan for 600 and I payed a renewal of 180, leaving me with 420. They want me to pay the full balance of 990. I sent an email and they finally emailed me back only accepting the 990. What should I do?

Getting calls from National Credit Adjusters, anyone familiar with them? Are they Legit? One of the 5 lenders I had Payday Loans from, Kenwood Services LLC, sent me an email saying it had been sent to National Credit Adjusters. I had already sent the illegal lender letter, about 2 weeks ago, this is my first response from them. Any suggestions?

I live in Michigan and need to know if some online payday loans a legal and how I should proceed with handling them. The first is Parkway One/VistaB/www.fastnextdaycash.com. I have paid the principal and they say that I still owe them $255.00 and if I don't pay that they will proceed with calls to the work place, etc.

Hi, currently, I am behind on my payments as I cannot afford to pay them any more. of course, I am looking to settle. My question is what hours are credit card companies allowed to call me? I have had two call around 8am on the weekends. 8am is way too early. Also I thought Sundays were off limits. Does anyone know? Thanks,
