Has anyone ever gotten a refund from PaydayOK? I sent then the letter and the closed my account saying my obligation was satisfied, but the more I look at it I have paid them over 2750.00 in interest and 600.00 on principal on a 500.00 loan. Should I send a request to them for a refung of part of this? Thanks, Clara

After speaking to a councelor im kind of confused. Right now I have roughly $20,000 in CC debt. They are cutting my total debt in half roughly $10,000. Since that didnt make sense I asked them to explain to me how that is possible because it doesnt seem it at all. If i didnt scan this forum I wouldve just hung up the phone and said "yeah Right", but i decided to listen a little longer. They said every Creditor is able to take the remaining balance and write it off. I know you can do it but another part of me is saying SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I need a form letter to send to anydaycash.com They are trying to charge me 124.00 dollar for 2 weeks on a 300 dollar loan. I agree to 75 but my state only allows 30. What should I do? Pay the 75 the 30 or nothing due to the scamming.

I recieved an email from a woman named Sharon Williams from Westbury Ventures saying i needed to set up some sort of a payment plan with them, which, i had been dealing with Princeton Harris, and had faxed him a paper with my bank account information and then started getting emails from Sharon. I told her i would set up some sort of payment plan once i had something in writing. She said she wasn't from a billing agency and that i would have to set up a payment plan in order to get something in writing, can she do that?

Hello, I am in serious trouble here, I have a great job, as does my husband, well maybe not great pay, but pretty good anyhow. We had debt and then about a year and a half ago, our cars broke down. I used payday loans to get through, now I still owe about 13,000 in credit card debt and am about 120 behind because all my pay seems to go towards those payday loans and I can't get them paid off either. Where do I even start?

I don't think I have ever felt this stupid and this helpless in my life. I am 46 and have been unable to work as a nurse for the last 12 years because I am partially disabled from arthritis. (I'm too disabled to work as a nurse anymore but not disabled enough to get any financial help anywhere- nice, huh?) I was able to find work a year ago with a job that I have to keep part time because it's physically hard on my gimpy old body, but it pays $9 an hour which is what I need right now. :?

I mean, nobody said life was easy! Sure it is for some but the majority of us hard-working Americans, live check to check rather if we want to acknowledge that fact or not. You know, living above our means! That's exactly what has happened to me and the debt is really a hindrance to my everyday longing for a stress-free life. Sure I can work myself into the ground to combat this debt but really, is that my only solution to happiness in relieving this cancer upon me! Constant prayer keeps my spirits up and I hope that one day, I'll be able to enjoy the money that I bring in to my home.
