I have stopped by here several times thinking that I should do something about my PDL debt. Today I finally decided that I have got to make the leap. So here I am and here is my story..... First off, I will save you the backgorund story. I was horrible with managing money after leaving college and that is basically why I ended up in this mess. I currently have 7 PDL. I live in NC. All are internet loans including ameriloan, Ambassador, Emerald, GSF, Magnum, 1 Click Cash, and Paycheck Today. I have paid more than the principal on all of them.

Since I joined this forum, I have learned several things and have put the advise given to good use. I don't know where I would have been if I hadn't found this site. As of this week, I have completed T&C with the retainer being refunded within 2 weeks, and defeated all the online pdl lenders, with the help of the friends I have made on this forum. I would have never been able to handle this all by myself. I have taken the knowledge I have learned and used it to help new people that come here and ask for help. I have taken a beaten from certain people posting as guests, etc.

Anyone dealt with them before? They owe me at least $135.00 refund and are refusing because they say they do not have to be licensed in Arizona they get to go by New Mexico laws??? Anyone here dealt with them? What happened with it?

I have $15,024.00 in debt that I would like to deal with. I have $7,948.41 on continuous credit with BB&T bank in North Carolina with 18% interest that I would like to deal with first, and $7,077.03 on a Wachovia credit card.

To whom it my concern, i'm going through a divorce and got myself into trouble with all my credit..what really is eating my credit is i have 4 pdl online.my checng account keeps overdrawing and i'm afraid i might have to do bankruptcy..i don't want to do that...please help Eric

They are not licensed in my state. Does this mean anything? I live in CA.
