Hi, I also have become a very scared victim of payday loans.....like so many others, it started out little...$50...$100...now it has spiraled out of control to amounts up to $600.... I currently have outstanding payday loans at the following companies: ameriloan United Cash Loans Route 66 ICS Xtra Cash SJM Cashnet The only agencies I received renewal paperwork from or any type of documents from is Ameriloan, United Cash Loans and Route 66. My checking account is now very high in the negative and I am unable to get it out at this time.

OMG.. i have just received an email from AOM internet cash and they said that they will mark my acct "paid in full". AND get this, they will refund me $250 for overpayment.I've been sending them emails since last week and i stated CA laws, first they said that the money given to me was not a loan but a "rebate" so the laws about lending do not apply to them. that was last week. and this morning i thought that i should try arguing with them again and told them that i have contacted CA's AG and CA finance and that they are not licensed in CA.

I was wondering if there was a way I can found all of the creditors that I am dealing with..I have moved quite a bit due to hubby's job and lost some mail in process and just curious is there anywhere I can look to find out!! Robin

Just want to know if anyone has actually gotten a refund from any of these PDL and if so from which company and how much?

I recently moved to Canada. I have some credit card debt, school loan debt, and about $8,000 payoff dollars left on my auto loan. I'm hoping I can do better finacially here. But, it will take awhile. In the meantime, what am I facing in way of potential collection activity? I'm espeically concerned about my car for the immediate future as I obviously need transportation. Thanks.

Just received an email from Payday2go stating that they will mark my account paid in full. I've sent them an email a week ago after defaulting. In my email, i stated that i have paid them $1575 on a $250 and that i have already overpaid them. Now i got that email, but they did not refund me the overpayment. I am not expecting anything back from them but i emailed them about it anyways. so that's 1 down and a few more to go.
